Is this course online and self-paced?

This course is not “self-paced”. It is not a package of pre-recorded material. You must attend the course to receive the material on the scheduled dates for the session you select through the Calendly link.

Is this course real-time virtual or in person?

The courses are conducted virtually, real-time on Zoom. Professional Development sessions are conducted in-person, on-site. When a request for proposal is made the a plan is designed that addresses where, when, how many participants, and for what length of time.

Is this course lecture style?

This course is not a lecture. It is interactive. Participation in discussions is expected and encouraged. The participants help guide the tempo of the group when discussing real life teaching experiences they have had. Role-playing along with case studies drive the “what do I do if” portions of the course.

What exactly is “group coaching”?

Every class will have Q&A time that will focus on individual needs, concerns, and curiosities. Specifics will be addressed. The entire class will be encouraged to chime in on “hot topics” and will benefit from the insights of all participants. Many “aha” moments will be experienced. Classes are limited to 8 participants so everyone will receive focused attention to their individual concerns.

Do you offer a payment plan?

We do not offer payment plans. Upon registering for a specific course session payment in full is required to reserve your seat.

What if I want to take a course a 2nd time, is there an “audit” option?

You may repeat a course 1 time with the audit option. Additional repeats of a course beyond 1 time require payment of the full tuition.

If I don’t come to class can I get a refund?

There are no refunds. If you are a no-show for all of the meeting dates of a course session, then your tuition can be applied to a future session.

Are group discounts available?

You receive a $25 discount for every colleague you invite that becomes a paid registrant for one of our courses. You can receive your discount 3 ways. For example: If 3 of your colleagues register for a course you can receive a cash payment of $75 or, a $75 gift card of your choice or, $75 towards the tuition of any Classroom Mastery course.
