Connect with Your Most Difficult Students

  • Are you a new teacher, waiting for the doors to open to step on the stage of your new  classroom, and you’re not sure what to expect?

  • Are you a 2nd or 3rd year teacher, feeling they missed covering some key topics in your Teacher Ed courses, because there’s a disconnect between what you want to accomplish and what’s actually happening in your classroom?

A classroom with students sitting at tables, working on assignments, using computers, and a teacher at the whiteboard.
  • Or are you a “seasoned” teacher that feels super drained at the end of the day just keeping it all together, with thoughts of throwing in the towel lurking in the shadows of your mind?

Who
we are

Classroom Management Mastery:

Exists to solve the challenge faced by countless 1st and 2nd year teachers: forming meaningful, effective connections with the “difficult” students who enter their classrooms with complex needs and unspoken stories

Our mission is:

To turn that struggle into strength—by equipping educators with transformative tools to

  • Engage hearts

  • Command attention

  • Create lasting bonds

We help teachers:

  • Breathe life into their classrooms

  • Uplift their students

  • Foster an environment where both student and teacher can rise, move and flow together in a rhythm of growth, understanding, and possibility

It’s not just about discipline —

It’s about the dance!

    Where we've been: Classrooms

During my 24 years of teaching, 3 years were at the middle school level as an orchestral conductor.

8 years were as a general music teacher and choral instructor for grades 1 through 6.

    Where we've been: Districts

7 years as a substitute teacher teaching all subjects in multiple school districts and at West Point Elementary School and Middle School.

I have taught “general” and “special” ed

    And . . . . . I LOVE TEACHING!!
